If your are in the continetial US it is most likely the packing and shipping facility and we willl conect the company. If it is something on our end we will fix the problem as soon as possible.

You can change the design if it has not already been made but if it has already been made you can exchange for another piece. If you don't want to exchange it for another piece than we can just refund your money
